Landscape Brochures

Chapter One / Three pieces
01

Bling Avenue 1

A sales brochure that had to feel like the address it was selling.

A residential launch in Dubai South, sold on atmosphere before floor plans. The cover runs the dusk render full bleed and lets the developer’s mark sit quietly in gold; the interior alternates between wide photography and a single restrained data page.

Unit facts — mix, ownership, amenity area — are set as a clean two-column table over the render rather than boxed away, so the buyer reads them without leaving the picture.

The Breton Shirt Co

Navy, white and a lot of air — a brochure for hotel buyers.

Breton stripes sell on restraint, so the brochure keeps almost nothing on the page: a deep navy field, a light serif headline, and two product photographs cropped to a strict grid.

Inside, the buying argument is drawn rather than written — a line-icon set maps the eight hospitality settings the garments are made for, from front office to yacht clubs, so a procurement reader can find their own category in a glance.

Privetek Smart Glass

A technical product given a clean architectural face.

Laminated smart glass is bought on numbers, but specified on confidence. The cover stays bright and architectural; the inside turns dark so the Titan Series performance figures read as the headline they are.

The company profile page opposite carries the credentials in a tight ranged-left column with accent keywords picked out, keeping a dense block of copy scannable.

Nordic Fire

One brochure, three languages, no compromise on the grid.

A stove range sold across the Netherlands, Germany and France in a single printed brochure. Every model spread runs Dutch, German and French in parallel columns of equal weight, so no market reads as the translation.

The typographic problem is expansion: German runs long, French longer. The column widths and the shared spec table are set to absorb that without the pages drifting apart. Each model opens on a full-bleed room photograph, then hands over to an icon row and a dense bilingual-plus specification block.

Energy — The Universal Currency

A dense curriculum made navigable.

A year-long wellness programme documented in full: intake phases, education blocks, testing panels, daily protocols. Almost all of it is list-form clinical copy, which is unforgiving to lay out.

The brochure treats each phase as a ruled card in the accent blue, so a reader scanning for “what happens before the retreat” finds it by shape rather than by heading. An arch-cropped cover image and a running folio in the same blue hold the two levels together.

Suryansh EHS

Industrial safety, presented without the usual grime.

A manufacturer’s profile aimed at two very different readers at once: the procurement manager who signs, and the worker who wears. The brochure separates them explicitly — one panel for primary buyers, one for end users — instead of blurring both into “customers”.

A sweeping orange arc carries the brand across cover and section openers, and the product range is shown as cut-out garments on light tiles so coveralls, hi-vis and rainwear can be compared at a glance.

Umbrafin STORM

A framework document that reads like a product.

A performance framework needed to sit on a desk stand in a reception and still be picked up. The cover works on a strict four-part grid: wordmark, title, image, strapline — nothing else.

The one saturated element is the photograph, which carries the whole colour story; the rest of the cover stays white so the magenta reads as deliberate rather than decorative.

Elite Electrical

Six panels that have to work in a letterbox.

A wiring-safety trifold for a domestic electrical contractor. The outer panel asks one question and answers it with a tradesperson the homeowner will recognise; the fold sequence then moves from worry to reassurance to offer.

Yellow does the navigation: it highlights the question on the cover, the ticks on the credentials panel, and finally the coupon. Panel widths are set for the fold order, so the front panel tucks correctly and nothing important falls on a crease.

Daam Travel

Two diagonals, one gateway.

A tourism leaflet covering Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and Jordan. The cover splits on a diagonal — balloons over Al-Ula above, deep teal below — and the same angle repeats on the inner panels to tie the sequence together.

The centre panel is kept almost empty and used purely for contact: office address, phone, email, and a QR code sized to scan reliably off a printed leaflet held at arm’s length.
